Momos Ingredients:
Fish, Onion, Refined Wheat Flour, Oil, Spices & Condiments, lodized Salt
Allergy Advice:
Contains Fish, wheat Flour and traces of celery and soyabean. Caution- Although care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain, though rarely.
Heating Instructions:
Haringhata® Momos are fully cooked and ready to heat & serve out of the pack, and be prepared as per your taste buds.
Steam:
Fill the streamer with water and bring to boil.
Oil the tray & place the Momo.
Remove after 5 minutes and serve.
Microwave:
Place the Momos on a Microwave safe dish.
Heat on high for 2 minutes and serve.
Kothey (Pan Fry):
Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan.
Place the Momos and fry till the base is golden brown.
Add 3 tbsp of water, cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Let the water evaporate, allow the base to be crispy & serve.
Deep Fry:
Fry the Momos in hot oil for 3-4, soak & serve.
Store in Freezer below -18° C
