Chicken mince mixed with chopped onions and selected masala shaped onto skewers and grilled to perfection- a chicken sheekh kebab can be a perfect starter for every occasion. It doesn’t take too long to cook. The mixture of minced chicken is moulded onto skewers and cooked. A no-marinade recipe, simply prepared combining minced chicken with aromatic spices, onion and ginger-garlic paste. The dish is popular in Middle Eastern countries and was brought to India by the Mughal rulers who came from Persia and Afghanistan. It is high on protein but consists very low amounts of fat.

Cocking Instructions

👉 Heat the product in microoven in ‘Medium’ setting for 3-4 mins. Sprinkle some ‘Chat masala’

👉 Or, shallow fry the product using a little white oil for 5-7 mins. Do not deep fry.
