These are flat croquettes of minced chicken meat along with added flours, spices, condiments, and usually coated with rusk crumbs by dipping into standard batter emulsion. The Chicken cutlets are of high nutritive value along with higher sensory attributes. Cocking Instructions

👉 Transfer Cutlets from deep freezer to refrigerator for thawing.

👉 Pour Cutlets in hot oil and deep fry till Cutlets become crisp and golden colour appears.

👉 Serve warm with sauces.
